Clarity
Starts with Questions

What to know before you begin

  • ✓ You want to build a meaningful, long-term relationship — not just date casually.

✓ You feel overwhelmed by modern dating and want a clearer way to approach it.

✓ You’re open to reflecting on your past patterns and understanding what truly works for you.

✓ You use (or plan to use) dating apps but want guidance in navigating them more intentionally.

✓ You believe that choosing the right partner is not just about chemistry — but also compatibility, values, and life direction.

  • ✗ You’re looking for quick matches or shortcuts to meeting as many people as possible.

✗ You want someone else to choose your partner for you.

✗ You’re not interested in reflecting on your expectations, patterns, or decision-making.

✗ You’re primarily focused on casual dating without long-term intentions.

  • ✓ People who feel ready for a serious relationship but want to approach it more thoughtfully.

✓ People who have had relationships that didn’t work and want to understand why.

✓ People who want to stop repeating the same patterns.

✓ People who believe that clarity leads to better choices.

  • We can review profiles from all dating apps, including platforms such as Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, OkCupid, Match, and Coffee Meets Bagel, as well as more niche or region-specific apps.

  • No. Many people come in feeling unsure or stuck. Part of the process is helping you gain clarity on what you want and how to move toward it.

  • No. While we often work with dating app profiles, our coaching applies more broadly to how you approach dating, relationships, and connection overall.

  • Introductions are considered following coaching and are based on a combination of your preferences, values, and what we come to understand through our work together. Each introduction is thoughtfully evaluated with a focus on compatibility, alignment, and long-term potential.

  • Private introductions are best suited for those who want a more intentional and supported way of meeting people. Many clients begin with a coaching session, after which we can explore together whether an introduction would be a meaningful next step.

  • Every individual we may introduce has been personally met, verified, and has completed coaching with us. This ensures a high level of authenticity, intention, and mutual respect.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and a reminder before we meet. We recommend taking a few moments beforehand to reflect on what you’d like to focus on.

  • No. OnePlusOne provides coaching, not psychotherapy or clinical treatment. Our coaching supports reflection and decision-making in dating and relationships. You can read more in our Coaching Disclaimer.

  • Our coaches have lived abroad for many years and are 100% bilingual. You pick the language for our session and we'll follow your lead.
